Legal defenders for Canadian doctors want rules for life-and-death decisions during Manitoba hospital crisis

As of Sunday, Manitoba had 120 patients in intensive care wards, including 74 COVID-19 patients, according to Shared Health. Ten stable COVID-19 patients had been sent to hospitals in Ontario as of Sunday morning.
