Legal profession chiefs normally embrace Pride month as an opportunity to march around central London, but for the second year on the trot the pandemic has forced the celebrations online. However, the Law Society, the Bar Council and the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives — which represent most lawyers in England and Wales — still have a range of remote events planned for Pride month, which started on Tuesday.
