For the third consecutive season, Les Canadiennes de Montréal and the Markham Thunder will renew their Canadian Women’s Hockey League playoff rivalry. Marie-Philip Poulin had 23 goals and 50 points in 26 games, while Ann-Sophie Bettez notched 18 goals and 48 points in 26 games. On defence, Erin Ambrose was the CWHL’s top scoring blue-liners, with 24 points in 26 games. The Thunder are led by forwards Victoria Bach (19 goals, 32 points), Jamie Lee Rattray (12 goals, 25 points) and Laura Stacey (eight goals, 25 points). She faced Les Canadiennes in all six games and stopped 69 of 73 shots in their final two games of the season.
