I am starting to wonder if Sinn Féin is serious about wanting to be in government – it seems so indecisive. Older households are particularly vulnerable to energy poverty. Energy poverty can have significant health implications for older people. Age Action calls for reform to the eligibility conditions for Fuel Allowance to better address energy poverty among older people. The Voting Rights Act dismantled many of those barriers to the ballot – or so it seemed.
