While Lewis Hamilton is reported to be dating American reality star Kim Kardashain, he has split links with his closest professional lieutenant. It is understood that Hynes, 47, has taken up a new role with the US-based Cadillac team that join the grid this year. Hynes, a former British Formula Three champion, was brought back to oversee Hamilton's racing logistics at Ferrari after the pair first went their separate ways five years ago in an amicable split. It was announced last month that Hamilton's race engineer Riccardo Adami has been moved sideways by Ferrari as part of this overhaul. The pair have known each other through the junior ranks of motor racing going back to Hamilton's early career.
