Photo: BSSTANGAIL, March 22, 2026 (BSS) - Liberation War Affairs Minister Ahmed Azam Khan today said his ministry is working not only on issues of the Liberation War but also on those who were martyred or injured in the 2024 mass uprising. He said that Bangladesh was founded through the spirit of the Liberation War and the ministry continues to work in line with that legacy. On the issue of the Freedom Fighters’ Council, the minister stated that it should function in a democratic manner. The minister also expressed his gratitude for being entrusted with the responsibility of the ministry and pledged to carry out his duties with honesty and dedication.
