MONROVIA — The president of the Confederation of African Football (CAF) Patrice Motsepe has overturned the ban or suspension on the Samuel Kanyon Doe Sports Complex. The CAF president said the ban on Liberia is a complete embarrassment to him as the president of CAF and to Liberia as well. He said that CAF is prepared to work with Liberia to improve sports in the country, especially football and infrastructure. Minister Wilson lauded the President of CAF Patrice Motsere for the support. In response to Minister Wilson’s appeal, FIFA President, Gianni Infantino said, FIFA is here to do whatever it takes to improve sports in Liberia.
