The Advocates for Human Rights works locally and globally to fight injustice, restore peace, save lives and build the human rights movement. The group continues to monitor human rights conditions and to advocate for the human rights of asylum seekers by working with members of Congress, reporting to the United Nations, and helping the public understand the importance of the right to seek and enjoy asylum from persecution. Mr. Bility disclosed that multiple orchestrated campaigns have been launched by some of these war criminals against Liberian human rights defenders and activists. Perpetrators are the ones that are ones now afraid and they have begun to organize themselves to intimidate human rights defenders and workers”. It’s clear that international crimes are punishable under international laws and the establishment of a war crimes court has an international bearing.
