GBARNGA –Eighteen graduates of the Divine Intervention Supports and Services Entrepreneurship Training Program in Gbarnga have honored Liberia Institute for Public Administration Director General Nee-Alah T. Varpilah for fully sponsoring their second phase of training and empowering them to successfully complete the program. By Selma Lomax, [email protected]The graduates, who recently concluded the advanced stage of the entrepreneurship course, described Varpilah’s intervention as timely and life changing. According to them, they had no prior personal relationship with the LIPA Director General before his support. Receiving the honor, Varpilah expressed deep appreciation and humility, noting that he had not expected any public recognition for the assistance he provided. “I believe that empowering our youth through education and entrepreneurship is the surest path to national transformation,” he stated.
