Jovanus Oliver Turay, 16yrs (pictured) and a person of interest, Matthew Gonkerwon, 17yrs were picked up early Tuesday morning at 8:00AMs by the Anti Robbery Unit of the Liberia National Police. MONROVIA – The Liberia National Police is investigating two 11th grade students of the Cyber-ED Christian School of Excellence in connection to the shooting of a 16-year-old student on campus. The student perpetrator, according to the police, shot his peer in the neck using a 9mm pistol. The police say Suspects, Jovanus Oliver Turay, 16yrs and a person of interest, Matthew Gonkerwon, 17yrs were picked up early Tuesday morning at 8:00AMs by the Anti Robbery Unit of the Liberia National Police. He further accounted that eyewitnesses and students saw the three (3) seated in one of the Classrooms listening to music via an earpiece and suddenly saw victim Precious lying unconscious after a gun sound.
