President Weah indicated that Bushrod Island is the hub of the nation’s Economy, adding that delay in the road works would adversely impact the economy of the country. Minister Nyenpan assured the President of the Ministry’s commitment in ensuring the completion of all road projects within the stipulated timeframe, with the aim of bringing about socio-economic transformation. The Works Minister said in spite of the novel coronavirus pandemic, which continues to paralyse several facets of society, including the Road Sector, the Government of Liberia under the leadership of President Weah has not reneged on its promise of infrastructural development.
