Lawah said he began noticing what he described as coordinated media reports and public claims falsely identifying him as the mastermind behind the eviction. In an effort to distance himself from the eviction, Lawah cited official court documents related to the case, pointing out that his name does not appear in the legal proceedings. According to him, the eviction was based on a writ of possession issued by the Civil Law Court during its December Term A.D. 2025.
