Authorities in Libya said investigators have identified three suspects in the killing of Seif al-Islam Gaddafi, the son of former Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi, on February 3 in Zintan, Africa News reported. Officials said investigators know where the suspects were meeting with Gaddafi the day he was killed and the time they arrived at what became the crime scene. Prosecutors sent a team to Zintan with forensic doctors to examine the crime scene and the body. Seif al-Islam Gaddafi played a central role in the final years of his father’s rule. Libyan authorities later granted him amnesty.
