Libyan police track down high school exams losersPost questions and answers on social mediaCairo: «Middle East»The security services in Libya have arrested some students involved in leaking high school questions and answers, during the past two days, after a directive from the Attorney General, Counselor Siddiq Al-Sour. The final exams for the certificate of completion of secondary education were launched in Libya last Sunday, in western Libya, under the leadership of the Ministry of Education of the temporary “national unity” government. About 113 thousand students attended all departments. Parents monitored the leakage of questions and answers from some materials on social media, forcing the Ministry of Education to inform the Public Prosecutor of the incident. Today, the Public Prosecutor’s Office announced that the police forces working in the Information and Security Follow-up Office at the Ministry of Interior were able to identify student exam committees, which witnessed incidents of breaching the confidentiality of exams within their scope, and published exam questions with their answers on social media platforms.
