The "dreamland" of Jurgen Klopp being prepared for every eventuality within his Liverpool squad is one that, even with limitless riches, he will acknowledge can never be attained. But the opposite of a nightmare situation is one very much being brought into sharp focus for the Reds boss at present. "It’s not dreamland where you can be prepared for every situation - we had to learn that in the past a couple of times." But it could easily be construed as a pointed reminder to the club's hierarchy that more still needs to - and indeed can - be done. And it may well be Liverpool once again have to veer from their established practices to bring in a centre-back over the next week.
