Pulisic has struggled for game time since Thomas Tuchel became Chelsea boss in January. Reports have linked Liverpool, as well as Manchester United and Bayern Munich, with the 22-year-old due to his lack of action. Former England striker Kevin Phillips believes Pulisic would be a top signing for Liverpool, claiming he could have a similar impact to Diogo Jota when he moved to Anfield from Wolves last summer. But Phillips admits he is surprised there is even talk of a move away from Chelsea for the winger.
