Liverpool sporting director Michael Edwards is keen on a move for Brighton and Hove Albion playmaker Pascal Gross, according to reports. A number of potential solutions have been linked with last season's Premier League champions in recent months, including Gross' team-mate Yves Bissouma. However, Liverpool are believed to be facing stiff competition from Serie A for the German midfielder's signature. Gross has created the second-highest number of chances in the Premier League since joining the Seagulls four years ago, behind only Manchester City maestro Kevin de Bruyne.
