However, Liverpool have put up a woeful defence of their Premier League title and currently sit fifth in the table, just one point ahead of sixth-placed Chelsea. The report adds that Liverpool’s hierarchy feel that Slot needs four transfer windows before making a decision over his future. Liverpool are next in action on Saturday when they host Fulham at Anfield in the Premier League.
