On Wednesday night, the sides meet in the more prestigious Champions League, with Liverpool aiming to kick off the unenviable task of repeating their 2005 victory in Istanbul. Not that Liverpool will have an easy ride. Sevilla have gone through two managers since that night, and current incumbent Eduardo Berizzo who joined this summer has brought together an attack-minded squad that have started strongly with two wins and a draw from their first three La Liga matches. Berizzo has shown he is not scared to rotate his players and although his side have not yet clicked into top-gear, they do possess a number of players who will be a threat to this Liverpool side. The Red-and-Whites have an abundance of pace upfront, with Wissam Ben Yedder providing the main threat in behind with Manchester City old boys Jesus Navas and Nolito providing service on the flanks.
