Samuel Chukwueze has reportedly been 'promised' to a Premier League club amid links to Liverpool and Chelsea . The revelation comes amid reports in France which have claimed Lyon are interested in the forward. And according to French outlet Foot Mercato, Lyon have turned attentions to Villarreal forward Chukwueze. However, despite Lyon making an offer, it is claimed he has been 'promised' to an English club, something of significance considering he has a British agent. Foot Mercato indicate Liverpool are among the 'ranks' of the teams interested in landing Chukwueze following the progress he has made in Spain.
