A fire in a high-rise office building in Bangladesh’s capital has killed 19 people and injured about 70 others, officials said. The fire had lost some of its intensity but was not yet fully extinguished, Mr Bardhan said. More than a dozen people who fled to the roof were rescued by firefighters using hydraulic cranes, Mr Bardhan said.
