Created by eBay and the 'Air Fryer King’, Nathan Anthony, AIR will be a pop-up restaurant open for one night only on September 27. The restaurant, AIR, will have touchscreen iPad menus, frozen margaritas, ice cream and more all made from refurbished equipment. Speaking of the air fryer restaurant, Anthony Nathan said: "Having started as a home cook in lockdown, opening a real-world pop-up restaurant to showcase a tangible way consumers can save costs this winter is a dream come true!
