The founders of a music festival where a young man died are among those who have launched legal action against the government after being labelled 'high risk'. Among those involved are the founders of Lost Paradise, Days Like This Festival, Division Agency, Novel, and Finely Tuned. Joshua Tam, 22, died after a suspected drug overdose at the Lost Paradise festival held near Gosford on the NSW Central Coast on December 29. The reaction follows the deaths of six young adults - five in NSW and one in Victoria - at music festivals in the past six months. Alex Ross-King, 19, died at Sydney's FOMO Festival in January, which was held was held amid increased scrutiny on drug-taking.
