Charlton have signed left-back Luke Chambers on loan from Premier League reigning champions Liverpool for the rest of the season. Chambers has also had loan spells at Kilmarnock and League One side Wigan - the latter where he made 31 appearances during two spells. Charlton manager Nathan Jones said adding a left-sided defender and winger had been a "key priority" this transfer window. "We're delighted to welcome Luke, a player we've been monitoring for some time," Jones said. He becomes the Addicks' third signing of January following Harry Clarke and Lyndon Dykes.
