Kenyan Oscar-winning actress Lupita Nyongo’o, turned 37 on the 1st of March and marked the day Niaja style here in Nigeria. Nyongo’o is presently in Nigeria for her new film collaboration with the Nigerian writer Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie on “Americanah”. Her birthday happened to come up while in Nigeria. The birthday celebration had in attendance various Nigerian celebrities, the likes of Chimamanda Adichie, Teni, Simi Esiri, Ebuka, Dbanji, amongst others. Lupita took to her Instagram page to share pictures and videos from the day with the caption, “It’s my birthday and I will party if I want to!
