The minister revealed the government plans to undertake development projects while addressing a reception program at the Women's Welfare Centre field in Sunamganj district. He also said that construction of railways in the Sunamganj haor region has already started, and it will connect Sunamganj with Dhaka, via Mohanganj in Mymensingh. District Women's Welfare Centre President Nahid Afroz Sultana presided over the event, and later presented the minister with an honorary crest.
