Sylhet Women and Children Repression Prevention Tribunal Judge Muhitul Haque Chowdhury accepted the charge sheet with the eight accused at the dock on Tuesday morning. On December 3, Indranil Bhattacharya, case investigating officer, submitted the charge sheet before Sylhet Metropolitan Magistrate Court Judge Abul Kashem. On Sunday, police received the DNA report of the MC College rape incident and found the involvement of some accused, arrested over the gang rape, in a DNA test.
