Emerald Tower at MGM COTAI and Skylofts at MGM COTAI each achieved Five-Star recognition for the fifth consecutive year. According to Forbes Travel Guide, Five-Star accommodations are awarded to properties that meet established criteria related to guest experience, service and facilities. In Macau, Tria at MGM COTAI and Tria at MGM MACAU each earned Five-Star awards for the seventh consecutive year. According to the Forbes Travel Guide, Five-Star spas must meet its standards for guest experience from check-in to check-out, supported by service levels and facility maintenance.
