The woman in the video claimed she was forced by an MMDA enforcer to pay P500 for violating the Anti-Littering Law. “Pinagbabayad po kami ng P500. Hindi po kami taga-rito nakikipag-away na po siya kasi nga po huhulihin na talaga kami. Ngayon po, nandito po kami sa EDSA. The Anti-Littering Law and Solid Waste Management Act prohibit littering, dumping and throwing of garbage, rubbish or any kind of waste in open or public spaces.
