Speaking in an emotional conversation with MzGee on G’Oclock ahead of the 2026 Convergence of Mothers, Maame Gold revealed that she was jobless, depressed, and financially unstable when she conceived. “When I found out I was pregnant, I was in a very bad relationship, so I wasn’t happy. Paying tribute to her father during the interview, Maame Gold expressed gratitude for choosing to keep the baby, who is now her only biological child. She revealed that although she had hoped to have more children, medical challenges have made it impossible.
