Education Cabinet Secretary George Magoha is facing litmus test as the Class 8 and Grade 4 exams in some schools is likely to suffer delay. Kenya Primary School Heads Association (KEPSHA) national chairman Nicholas Gathemia noted that the schools had not received any communication regarding the delay.
