Maidenhead Athletic Club (MAC) have been crowned Thames Valley Cross Country League champions after the final race of the season was held in Bradenham Woods this weekend. “We are MAC and together we can achieve anything.”The u11s Girls Berkshire Sportshall Championships were also held on January 15, with an enthusiastic MAC team performing brilliantly across all the events. Isabella was third in the vertical jump, Sofia produced the speediest high stepper of the day and Olivia was second in speed bounce. In the u13s Berkshire Sportshall Championships Polina, Izzy, Jude, Norah, Mia and Sharvi competed well against girls almost a year older than them. On the track Polina and Norah raced to second place in the 1+1 race, while Polina was also joint fourth in the speed bounce.
