Paul Morgan--Maidenhead stood together like a ‘band of brothers’ as they found a way to win Saturday’s war of attrition against CS Stags 25-19 at Braywick Park. However, facing defeat in the final minutes of Saturday’s clash with the Stags they did just that, and fly-half Greg Smith was at the forefront of the fightback, dragging his teammates with him. “We just stuck together like a band of brothers should do and it was lovely to be on the winning side at the death. “In the last game against London Welsh, I felt my boot let the team down a little bit. Today was a bit of a grudge match but we’ve proved we can win both ways.”
