BERKELEY FOLLOWS PLASTIC STRAW BAN BY CHARGING DINERS AN EXTRA QUARTER FOR DISPOSABLE CUPSMaine has banned foam food containers at state facilities and functions since 1993 and some communities in the state had already banned polystyrene.
