Major roadworks are currently underway in Boyle town centre. The works, which will continue until Friday, December 6th, are affecting the N61 Bridge Street at its junction with R294 Green Street and N61 Shop Street at its junction with L-5056 Lower Marian Road. The closure, which runs from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, is to facilitate road reconstruction works under the Boyle Public Realm Project. Diversions are in place with a stop-go traffic management system in operation along the diversion route due to current available road widths. The bus stop on the Military Road in the town has been temporarily moved to Abbey Terrace for the duration of the work.
