The real problem stems from the refusal of certain Cabinet Secretaries to guest on TV and Radio talk shows and not just on Erwin Tulfo’s program. What many don’t know is that the DSWD Secretary simply does not give interviews to the media, just like the Secretary of the DILG won’t sit down with talk show hosts like myself. He will talk in ambush interviews but feels it’s a waste of time to go to TV stations. The PCOO and the CabSec seriously need to talk with Cabinet secretaries and agency heads about their No Talk policy and make them Talk! It’s “Old News” because such cases of fraud have been and continue to be “investigated and acted on as early as last November 2018” under the new administration of PhilHealth president Dr. Roy Ferrer.
