Toronto Police have ruled a man’s fatal fall from a Parkdale balcony this weekend as a homicide and are now investigating. A man was found dead after falling from the balcony of a Parkdale apartment building. Toronto police are investigating the death as a homicide and said they believed there had been an altercation on the balcony before the man fell.
