Gary Neville has expressed doubts over Erik ten Hag's recruitment policy at Manchester United amid the club's nightmare start to the season. Ten Hag has taken control of United's transfer targets since his arrival last year, and not all of them have made the desired impact at Old Trafford. He recruited Rasmus Hojlund, Mason Mount, Andre Onana, Sofyan Amrabat, Altay Bayindir, Sergio Reguilon and Jonny Evans to bolster his ranks after a positive maiden campaign. But Mount underwhelmed before suffering an injury, Onana hasn't looked at his best, and Rasmus Hojlund and Sofyan Amrabat arrived at the club with back problems. United's sporting unit, helmed by John Murtough, have left the recruitment down to Ten Hag, who inherited a significant amount of control after leaving Ajax to replace Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
