The Crystal Palace full-back scored a comedy own goal in the dying seconds to gift France a 2-1 win and leave United fans concerned about their interest. The Red Devils have reportedly had two bids rejected by Crystal Palace as they eye a deal for the highly-rated young full-back. But with fans keeping a keen eye on the defender, he flattered to deceive before his late howler cost his side dearly. One fan even branded him the "Lukaku of right backs" after he gave the ball away on a number of occasions and a Palace fan was pleased he was "playing like he wants to stay". His costly late own goal led to claims from United fans he was "channelling his inner Ashley Young" and would "fit in with Phil Jones" if he made the switch to Old Trafford.
