Manchester United deliberately made it known that Mino Raiola’s demands were the reason they pulled out of the running to sign Erling Braut Haaland . United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was set on making Haaland his top January transfer target until the player’s personal terms tabled by his agent Raiola came into play. The terms set out by Raiola ostensibly had the Dutch super-agent controlling sell-on fees, which United were not keen on. The Old Trafford club were also reluctant to include a buy-out clause in Haaland’s deal, for which Raiola is said to have campaigned.
