De Gea is out of contract in the summer although Manchester United do have a clause they can trigger to extend it by another year. But they are trying to agree terms on a new deal to show De Gea they appreciate him. However, according to the Daily Mirror, De Gea wants a huge rise on his £175,000 a week deal and is eyeing £300,000 a week. And De Gea, along with Anthony Martial, wants a rise to suit the new wage structure at the club.
