Erik ten HaManchester United are reportedly set to appoint Go Ahead Eagles manager Rene Hake to their coaching staff. In the same week that it emerged Ruud van Nistelrooy was set to return to Old Trafford to work alongside Erik ten Hag, the 52-year-old Hake is set to join his two compatriots. According to the Daily Mail, United are confident of pushing through a deal and have a contract prepared for the Eredivisie boss. Hake currently has one year left on his deal with the Eagles, who were ninth in Holland's top flight last season. Hake has more than two decades of coaching experience, although all of his work thus far has been within his homeland.
