Sancho, who scored 50 goals and made 57 assists in 137 appearances for Borussia Dortmund, has signed a five-year deal at Manchester United. Hamann has backed Sancho to ‘be a star’ at Old Trafford and says he has ‘rarely seen’ a player who can ‘beat his man so easily’. ‘It’s a big season for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and Manchester United too and I expect Jadon Sancho to be a star at Old Trafford,’ Hamann told the Racing Post. ‘The chance to join Manchester United is a dream come true and I just cannot wait to perform in the Premier League.
