Toronto police have one man in custody and Broadview station has reopened Tuesday morning after a suspicious package was found for the second straight day, disrupting the commute for thousands of TTC passengers again. This comes one day after another suspicious package was removed from Broadview station, which closed the area for more than four hours Monday morning. Police will be discussing the suspicious package in a news conference Tuesday afternoon, Douglas-Cook said.
