Gardaí are appealing for witnesses after a cyclist died in a traffic collision in Dublin early on Monday afternoon. Emergency services were called to the scene and the male cyclist, who was aged in his 70s, was pronounced dead at the scene. The scene in Balbriggan was being preserved for a technical examination by Garda Forensic Collision Investigators and the road is currently closed.
