Cristian Hernandes Gioiello received a letter from Euro Car Parks fining him for a stay on Tuesday, June 22. But the 33-year-old claims he did not visit the Nantwich supermarket that day, and is bemused by the close up photos of his licence plate. Speaking to Cheshire Live he said the fine is an 'injustice' as he has no recollection of the trip. He says the close photo of his licence plate is insufficient evidence of him entering the car park.
