Police arrested an auto driver who beheaded his wife in Nalasopara on Friday. Jitendra Ramjiyavan yadav, 30, also cut off his 28-year-old wife Saroja’s palms. “The couple fought daily as the man suspected his wife’s character,” said neighbours. When Yadav came home on Thursday night, the couple fought again, when Yadav, in a fit of rage, picked up a knife and attacked his wife. “When neighbours saw blood around the place, they alerted us and laid a trap to nab Yadav,” said Khairnar .
