The police have registered an FIR against a man on charges of torturing and physically harassing a woman, Rehana Memon, for years. According to the FIR registered on behalf of Rehana Memon, a resident of Sujawal, Zaheeruddin Shoro, who is a bank manager, had been subjecting her to abuse. She separately told The Express Tribune that she had been in a relationship with Shoro for over seven years, accusing Shoro of torturing her on a regular basis. "This man [Shoro] destroyed my life after I married the constable… He is a criminal and an influential person," she remarked. Memon further confirmed that persons in a video of a man physically harassing a woman in a house were she and Shoro.
