(Metro Transit Police)About 20 people were on board a moving Metro car on Sunday when gunshots rang out near the Silver Spring station, leaving a teenager with a wound to the abdomen. The 14-year-old victim is Brown’s half brother and was not the intended target, police said. (Metro Transit Police)Video from inside the train car showed a man identified by police as Brown pulling out a silver-colored semiautomatic pistol and firing several times in the moving car. One of the bullets struck his half brother while two others hit the interior of the car. The group left the train system at the next stop, the Silver Spring station.
