By Caitlin Mota | The Jersey Journal |JERSEY CITY — A 19-year-old man was shot multiple times on Summit Avenue Friday night and the alleged shooter has been charged with attempted murder, authorities said. The shooting occurred at about 8:45 p.m. near Gardner Avenue, city spokeswoman Kim Scalcione said. Police arrested Marc Russel, 22, after a foot pursuit following the shooting.
